BACS are from the ME_KBa library was constructed by M. Luo at the Arizona Genomics Institute. They were sequenced at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (WTSI) and annotated by Havana group at the WTSI.

The project was a collaboration with Hannah Siddle from the University of Sydney, Australia.
